Majesty Phones – Limited Warranty Terms

• New Devices: All new Apple and Android devices come with a 1-year official manufacturer warranty (e.g., Apple via Apple Authorized Service Centers in the UAE).

• Used/Pre-Owned Devices: Majesty Phones provides a Two Months Limited Warranty on all used smartphones from the date of purchase.

• What is Covered:

  • Hardware functional defects (e.g., screen touch issues, charging port failure, speaker defects).

  • Internal software glitches not caused by third-party jailbreaking, unauthorized modifications, or Apple updates.

• What is NOT Covered:

  • Physical Damage: Cracked screens, broken back glass, or dents.

  • Liquid Damage: Any exposure to water or moisture.

  • Battery Degradation: Batteries are consumable parts; a drop in percentage over time is not a defect.

  • Third-Party Repairs: The warranty is void if the device is opened or repaired by any center other than Majesty Phones.
