Every used device you buy comes with a 10-Day “No-Hassle” Return Window.
What this means: From the moment the courier hands you the phone, you have 10 full days to test the camera, battery, and performance.
Our Promise: If the device has a technical hardware fault that we missed, or if it doesn’t match the condition we described, we will take it back and and exchange it or give you a refund.
We use a strict grading system. If you receive a device and feel the “Excellent / Very Good” condition we promised isn’t met, we want to hear about it.
Transparency: If you find scratches or dents we didn’t mention or a battery health not meeting performance standerds we guarantee, you are entitled to a free exchange or refund.
We hate complicated paperwork as much as you do.
WhatsApp Us: Simply message our support team with your order number and explain the issue with the device.
Free Pickup: For defective items, we will arrange for our courier to pick up the device from your home or office—at no cost to you.
Fast Inspection: Once it reaches our store, we inspect it within 24 hours.
Card Payments or Tabby: We initiate the refund immediately after inspection. Refund will be to your original payment method, It usually reflects in your account within 3-10 business days (depending on your bank or Tabby).
To keep this policy fair for everyone, we only ask a few things:
Log Out: Please remove your iCloud/Google Account and “Find My Phone” before returning. We cannot process refunds for locked devices for security reasons.
Original Condition: The device must not have new physical damage (cracks) or water damage occurred after delivery.
Accessories: Please return the device with any accessories included in the original sale.
